Before and After Rhinoplasty: Here is a lovely young woman who was concerned that the size of her nose was out of proportion to the rest of her face. She had a broken nose when she was in her early teens and was self-conscious about the dorsal hump and the size of her nasal tip. Dr. Reath performed a rhinoplasty and six months later you can see how confident and happy she is.
Rhinoplasty PricingThe cost of a rhinoplasty with Dr. Reath includes both surgical and anesthesia fees, our exclusive recovery kit and all follow-up visits. Please note that in rare cases, when there is major repair, it may require more time in the operating room. Dr. Reath will discuss that with you during your consultation and your surgical quote will detail all the costs involved.
Cash Discount: $5433 - ($5,161 with cash discount) Have a question about rhinoplasty? Ask Dr. Reath. [Also included in the price of your surgery is a CosmetAssure policy, which protects you in the unlikely event of a complication after surgery. We are the only plastic surgeon's office in Knoxville to provide this important insurance. Read Dr. Reath's blog post where he explains why he feels so strongly about providing this extra safety net to our patients.]
The OperationMost patients prefer to be asleep for the operation, which is done as an out-patient or day surgery operation. The procedure will take around 2 hours. At the end of the operation, the patient will have a splint on their nose to protect and maintain the new position of the nose. RecoveryHelping our patients manage a speedy recovery is one of our primary missions. Expect a certain amount of swelling immediately after the surgery. The splint will usually be worn for the better part of a week, and the sutures in the columella will be removed in 5 to 6 days. Most people are able to return to their normal activities in about a week, although it will be longer until they can do strenuous activities.
